What are credits?
Credits are the currency you spend to generate photos and videos. Standard photo sessions cost 8 credits, Quality sessions cost 22 credits, and style pack sessions cost 20 credits. Each photo session produces 4 photos. Video generation starts at 30 credits. Click the info icon next to credits on any plan card to see the full breakdown.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Credits renew monthly on every plan, including annual billing. Unused credits carry into the next month, capped at 2x your monthly allowance.
What's included without spending credits?
Every time you train a new model, 10 photos are automatically generated and waiting for you when training completes. You get 2 each across 5 styles: dating app photos, outfit ideas, social media posts, casual lifestyle, and professional headshots. No credits charged.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't trained an AI model or generated any photos or videos, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. Just email hello@looksai.com. Once compute has been used, fees are non-refundable, as those resources have already been consumed on your behalf.
What happens when I cancel?
Nothing changes until your billing period ends. Your models and photos remain fully accessible.
Do older models still work if I upgrade?
Yes. Each model generates with the AI engine it was trained on. Higher tiers use more training steps, which means better likeness and detail. Upgrading to Plus, Pro, or Elite lets you train new, higher-quality models. Your existing models continue working exactly as before.
