Acceptance
By accessing or using LooksAI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Permitted use
LooksAI is licensed for personal use only. You may not use the service to generate images of other people without their consent, or for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose. AI-generated images must not be misrepresented as unedited photographs.
Free and paid tiers
Some features are available at no cost. Paid subscriptions unlock AI model training, additional photo packs, and a monthly credit allowance. We make free features available so that users can evaluate the platform before making a purchase decision.
Credits
Credits are consumed each time you generate photos or videos. Your plan's monthly credit allowance is shown on the pricing page. Credits renew monthly on every plan, including annual billing. Unused credits carry into the next month automatically, capped at 2x your monthly allowance. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Refund policy
If you have not trained an AI model or generated any photos or videos, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment by contacting hello@looksai.com. Once compute has been used (including model training or any photo or video generation), fees are non-refundable, as those resources have already been consumed on your behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or misuses the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated results may vary; we do not guarantee specific outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LooksAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
